Orders
 

I will send you a "Order Confirmation" email when I receive the order.
 
I work full time and have a toddler, so usually I am checking my email after 7:00 central time. So if you don't receive an email immediately do not panic.....
 
  • In stock items will be shipped within 3 days. You will receive and email when the item is sent.
  • Special Orders will be shipped out within 10 days of order confirmation and you will receive another email when the item is sent.
 
( If for some reason it will take longer (supplies on backorder, big project, etc.) you will be notified via email.)

Shipping

I charge a flat rate $5 for shipping and handling.....for VERY LARGE items(pottery vase arrangements and crystal items) I will have it calculated at the post office and will email you with the cost.
 
If you are within 30 miles of my home I offer FREE delivery!!
 
Just mention when ordering.....
 
I will also combine shipping on orders of two or more....

Special Orders

For special orders I may ask lots of questions so that you and I are both on the same page as I cannot read minds (believe me, sometimes I wish I could!!)
 
I will email you a picture of the finished product before sending....you will have 48 hours to view the picture and give me any feedback of things you would like to change, rearrange, etc.
 
If I do not receive any feedback in that 48 hours I will assume it is alright and it will be shipped immediately.

I want you to be satisfied with your purchase!!
 
**For special orders ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!**
 
For in stock items: You have 7 days from when you receive the shipment to send back. Shipping charges will be at the buyers expense, but you will be refunded the FULL AMOUNT paid for the item.

Lastly, I would like to add that if for some reason you are not satisfied, would like something changed, etc. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE communicate this with me.....
